Calliope’s collections combine beautiful oxidized sterling silver and 14k gold-filled metals with high quality freshwater pearls and stones such as labradorite, larimar, kyanite, emeralds, aqua chalcedony and moonstones. The Pools of Light collection is an ever evolving classic (but modern) collection of freshwater pearls and quartz. In Greek mythology, Calliope was the muse of epic poetry and rhythm, daughter of Zeus and Mnemosyne, and is believed to be Homer's muse for the Illiad and the Odyssey. The meaning of Calliope is "beautiful voice". We strive to instill rhythm and poetry into each piece of jewelry we create.
