Repairs & Returns

Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to use only the best materials and findings. If you ever need a repair due to a flaw in the jewelry, we are happy to do so free of charge. If the repair is due to "user error", for example, dropped jewelry that breaks, tangled chain, etc, we may charge a small repair fee.  If your piece is oxidized it may eventually lose some or all of it's oxidation.  If you would like your piece re-oxidized you may send it to us and we will be happy to oxidize it for you free of charge.

Returns: We want you to love your jewelry!  If you would like to return your item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your jewelry.  Advance approval is required for all returns. We will be more flexible around major holidays. Custom/customized items are non-refundable. All items approved for return must be returned unused, in their original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and any damages to jewelry during shipment. Please make sure to use an appropriate amount of padding so the item doesn’t get damaged in transit. We highly recommend purchasing your insured shipping label online from USPS, it is cheaper and enables you to just drop your package off rather than waiting in line. We will not accept returns without prior approval.
