Repairs & Exchanges

Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and only use the best materials and findings. If you ever need a repair due to a flaw in the jewelry, we are happy to do so free of charge. If the repair is due to "user error", for example, dropped jewelry that breaks, tangled chain, etc, we may charge a small repair fee.  If your piece is oxidized it may eventually lose some or all of it's oxidation.  If you would like your piece re-oxidized you may send it to us and we will be happy to oxidize it for you free of charge.

Exchanges/Returns: We want you to love your jewelry!  If you would like to return or exchange your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewelry.  All items approved for return or exchange must be returned unused, in their original packaging.  We are not responsible for return shipping.  Please do keep in mind that we are a small business and we make all pieces to order, so if you have any questions about the jewelry before you buy it please don't hesitate to ask. Custom items are non refundable.
